I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I earned a masters degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and worked as a School Psychologist for 10 years. I received my doctorate at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1982, and have been in private practice in Knoxville, Tennessee from 1983 until 2012.
I moved to Greenville, South Carolina in February of that year. I maintained a partial practice in Knoxville, returning there for 3 days every 4 weeks until 2018. My primary practice is in Greenville, which is partial too, in the sense that I work 4 days a week and begin at 10am and my last client hour is 5pm. I will make exceptions, but that is the rule. I love this work and have no plans to fully retire as long as have the wits to find my way to the office and serve my clients responsibly.
